The prices shown on the table are intended for a week and include:
VAT, water, electricity, bed linen (changed once a week), bath and kitchen towels (changed twice a week), hairdryer, colour TV, kitchen utensils, armour-plated door with electronic card, lift, reception, swimming-pool, ironing facilities and camping-couch on request, beach service with parasol and two deckchairs.

General condition
The shown prices refer to a maximum of 4 (four)people for every housing unit; it is absolutely forbidden to entertain unregistered people during the arrival and in every case if there is the availability, it is absolutely obligatory to ask permission to the management so that the necessary registration can take place. The days of arrival and departure are generally Saturday (Sunday on request); the flats are free for the new guests after h 15:00 and must be freed by the leaving guests by h 10:00. The bookings are confirmed and effective on receipt of a booking fee of the 30% of the whole amount agreed upon for the stay. The balance must be paid on arrival. In case of renounce of a confirmed booking at the foreseen date, for any reason and for any title, none excluded, "Guirita Residence Resort" will keep the whole amount of the booking fee.In case of anticipated departure or late arrival there is no reduction of the price. The "Guirita Residence Resort" is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, valuables and money kept in the apartment.
